Overview:

Working parents are stretched thinner than ever and the pressure is not slowing down.

Change begins with your establishing a deep foundation of self-care that goes with you anywhere. Thus the webinar begins with a brief description of the nine personalities according to the Enneagram, in order to help you identify a limited stressful habit that you need to eliminate. You will then learn tips for setting boundaries that stick, prioritizing your work and family tasks, and establishing routines. Simple mindset and energy tools that help you stay centered even on your busiest days will then be taught.

Furthermore, as work/life pressures can deteriorate the relationship between spouses or partners, I’ll provide some guidelines for sharing responsibilities that will help, as well as a powerful technique to enhance your love. You’ll walk away feeling more supported, more in control, and better equipped to show up for both your career and the people you love.

Why you should Attend:

Are you within the majority of working parents who are feeling serious strain not just occasional juggling, but ongoing stress, burnout, loneliness, and the sense of having to choose between work and family? Much of the challenge comes not only from time management, but also from inadequate support: unpredictable schedules, childcare issues, employer expectations, and lack of social support (isolation).

And as companies continue to downsize, and childcare and eldercare costs significantly increase, financial security has become more of an issue. If work/life balance has been elusive and is affecting your wellbeing and that of your family, then it is time to change the model to work/life integration based on a higher level of self-care.

Areas Covered in the Session:

  • Shift work/life balance to work/life integration
  • How do your personality traits help or hinder your ability to manage your work and family responsibilities?
  • What is Self-care and why it is important for you, your family, and your work?
  • Does how you spend your time align with your values?
  • Tips to prioritize tasks and manage responsibilities
  • Setting boundaries
  • Establishing routines
  • Self- care embodiment tips
  • Keeping your love with your partner/spouse alive during stressful times

Who Will Benefit:

  • Anyone who is feeling pulled and stressed by their work and parental responsibilities
