This webinar addresses a key facet of the process of moving into management, particularly if the new manager is leading those whom he or she used to work alongside.
It will address primarily the changes that need to be made by the new manager/leader. This includes changes among stakeholders, expectations and relationships. Special attention will be paid to the importance of consistency and credibility among all followers.
