Overview:
In this workshop we'll explore an innovation process championed by design thinking firm IDEO. We'll start looking at an anthropological approach to observing how current customers and users address a specific need and how the importance of showing empathy as you collect data and stories about the current state. We then move to finding opportunities for improving upon the current state just before taking a deep dive into alternative ideas for prototyping and testing.
