Larry’s focus has been on developing teams around strengths, maximizing talent on teams, increasing employee engagement, developing Strengths Based leadership, and initiating and designing sustainable strengths-based programs for organizations. Outside of speaking, workshop facilitation and coaching, Mr. Hammond writes extensively on Strengths, Talent Development, Leadership Development and Strengths-based sustainability within organizations. Prior to facilitating and training, Mr. Hammond had over two decades of experience in leading and developing project teams.

He works in partnership with individuals, corporations, agencies and educational institutions. He provides executive leadership and coaching to shape the 21st century diverse workforce environment. He has influenced quality enhancements in executive management, policy development and streamlining processes.
