Before founding Blanchard Consulting Group, Mr. Blanchard was a Founder and Partner for Blanchard Chase, Managing Director with Amalfi Consulting, and a Vice President for Clark Consulting. With a master's degree in advanced industrial and organizational psychology, Mr. Blanchard’s experience includes advising clients on assessing total compensation for executives and directors, incentive planning, equity plan design, and salary administration for all employees.
