Overview:

AI is no longer limited to recruiting - it now shapes decisions in onboarding, performance management, investigations, payroll, and employee relations. As these tools become embedded in daily HR operations, leaders must understand the compliance implications behind every AI assisted decision. This session provides HR professionals with a clear, practical roadmap for evaluating AI systems, identifying risks, and implementing defensible processes that align with emerging regulations.

Participants will learn how to assess vendor claims, strengthen documentation practices, and build oversight structures that protect both employees and the organization. The focus is on real-world application, regulatory expectations, and the practical steps HR teams must take now to stay compliant in 2026.

Why you should Attend:

AI is accelerating faster than HR regulations can keep up - and organizations that rely on AI enabled tools without proper oversight are exposing themselves to significant compliance and legal risk. This session equips HR leaders with the clarity and structure they need to manage AI responsibly across the entire employee lifecycle. You'll learn how to evaluate AI systems, document decisions, and implement governance practices that stand up to regulatory scrutiny. If your organization is using (or planning to use) AI in any HR function, this training will help you stay compliant, reduce risk, and confidently guide your teams through the next wave of workplace automation.

Areas Covered in the Session:

  • Map where AI is operating across the full employee lifecycle
  • Spot compliance risks related to bias, privacy, and automated decision-making
  • Understand what regulators expect from HR teams using AI
  • Apply documentation and recordkeeping practices that support defensible decisions
  • Evaluate vendor data practices with confidence
  • Build oversight and auditing processes that reduce organizational exposure

Who Will Benefit:

  • HR Directors, Managers, and Generalists
  • Talent Acquisition Leaders
  • Employee Relations Professionals
  • Payroll Managers
  • Business Owners
  • Anyone responsible for HR technology or compliance oversight
