Jeffrey Vandespyker is an associate with Levitt LLP practicing labour and employment law, providing representation and advice to both employers and employees. Jeffrey has experience with a wide range of labour and employment law issues, such as wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, and human rights issues. Jeffrey returned as an associate at Levitt LLP after articling with the firm, during which he conducted a Small Claims Court trial and attended several matters in the Ontario Superior Court.

Jeffrey earned his Juris Doctor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where he also earned his undergraduate degree, but grew up in Vancouver before that.
